A terrace with mountain view, quiet and spacious apartment.

The house is located near every facility in town: shops, bars, restaurants, boat and buses stops; train station is only 15 min walking from us.
The apartment is situated in an historical building but it has been very recently renewed.
The living/dining room has a way out to side balcony, adjacent to the big terrace where you can enjoy the PreAlps and Mt. Mottarone view. The kitchen door leads you directly to the big terrace, that can be used as a veranda to dine outdoor weather permitting, another back balcony is equipped with a sitting area.
The kitchen os equipped with fridge, microwave, coffe machine, stove and oven.
The 2 bedrooms are quite big with closets, one is matrimonial and the other can contain up 4 single beds.
Bathroom is complete with tub/shower combination, bidet, wc and sink; there is also the washing machine.
Bath towels and bedsheets are provided by us and included in the price.
In case of a baby we do have a fully equipped child bed and high chair upon request.
Perfect for families but also for friends travelling together it can accomodate up to 6 people.
The apartment was personally and privately inhabited by the actual owner, therefore is well equipped.
Exactely where i would stay myself in a little town like Stresa, perfect also without a car.
