The house is very dilapidated, and old. It was clean, but aged. The next door neighbors yard, which you can see and hear from the bedroom windows, is disgusting and full of trash. As two women, we were a little unnerved about the area surrounding the house. Sadly, I would not stay here again. The host, on the other hand, was fantastic. He was very kind and helpful.
