Anthony was a great host. Location is next to the Budweiser factory just down the street. Had one water issue that he had a repair person out the next day, so vary responsive. The upstairs air conditioner are struggling a bit, but it is 95 degrees outside in July and there are fans in every room, so it’s okay. Appreciate the hospitality. Would use this location again.

Great place for a family or group getaway to the Soulard! Caught a cold rainy evening, but no problem, family Golden Tee tournament to the rescue.

This place was perfect. Being the host for the family, I was grateful that it was clean throughout and being that it was our first time to St. Louis, the location was perfect! If you have a large group needing a great location, this is the place to stay!

We had our Girls Getaway Weekend here and it was simply amazing. The large table and well stocked kitchen were a plus as we cooked all of our meals. We were able to sit around the living room and laugh and talk. The rooms were perfect for our big group. Loved it. Clean and comfortable for all of us.
We played a murder mystery game at the large table. So much fun.

St. Louis Visit

It's a great house for family gatherings. Good access to St. Louis Co and downtown. Lots of room and great amenities.

Home base for Nationals

This was a perfect spot in St Louis Central located and plenty of bedrooms and beds for all of these coaches & students traveling with us for NPDA nationals

Great property, it was just as described. Plenty of space for our family. Games and game room was a plus for the younger kids. House was well stocked with essential supplies and cookware which is a big plus for our family as we love to cook and have big family meals. Host was always very responsive to all my inquiries. Only con, and this is no fault of the host, but the house is located near a highway so there is a lot road noise. If you are a light sleeper like me it can be hard to rest well. But the sound machines in each room is very helpful and a nice touch! So just an FYI when booking. But otherwise the house was excellent.

Overall we had a great stay. The place was clean, big, plenty of bathrooms, a nice big kitchen table and the owner was quick with communicating. The only cons of the place were there wasnt much for extra pillows/blankets for the pullout couches, the Nintendo switch was not available and not all of the tv remotes worked so therefore we couldn't be using multiple TVs at once. But all in all we would stay here again

Glad you had a great stay Julie. I think there are 7 TVs in the home but I do apologize the game room tv was missing a remote and you feel it affected your overall experience. And we do not advertise a pullout or guest sleeping on sofas. If you were in need of anything you could have asked as the home is equipped to sleep your entire party in beds.

We had a great time staying here! This was the perfect space for our group, and we appreciated that the King Suite is on the main level. The game room and board games were frequently used during our trip and provided a great, low-key source of entertainment. The house is well-stocked with kitchenware and appliances. The central location made traveling around the city very easy, with great highway access. With that said, the backside of the house directly faces the highway, so it can be a little disruptive in the evenings. If you're used to city living, it really isn't that big of a deal. We provided feedback on some maintenance items, and the host was quick to acknowledge and address. We would absolutely stay here again.

5 Bedroom House in Soulard

Our family had an absolutely wonderful Christmas gathering in this spacious, immaculately clean home in Soulard. The home is exactly as described. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking at home. The location was perfect, with easy access to the local attractions. Our host, Anthony, was incredibly responsive to all of my questions prior to booking and helpful throughout our stay. We highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a fantastic experience in St Louis.

Celebration of life in Soulard

13 adults comfortably enjoyed this beautiful home. It is well- appointed with a sweet outdoor covered deck ( bring stadium chairs to provide more than 4 seats).. It’s hard to find 5 bd/5 ba home, amazing. Game room was fun to have. Walking distance to interesting coffee shop (delicious food) and the (Haunted) Lemp mansion where we did have dinner one night. No ghosts were seen but they offered what seemed like a lively fun Bingo room and Dinner theatre production. I was taken back by first floor windows that didn’t close properly and did not lock but Anthony sent his maintenance manager to apply a temporary fix and was going to address with the window Company. The kitchen was well stocked (not sure why it talks about the pans but they are not noteworthy). Kitchen has three types of coffee makers and k-cups provided which was lovely. Keyless entry was great. You enter through the back door, btw. Be sure to open Upstairs AC vents to cool it down properly. Our large group could spread out or gather together, easily. It was the perfect place for us and would certainly recommend. Thank you Anthony & Brian

The house is in a historic district of St. Louis and close to many interesting places to visit. We used the house for a family vacation with the majority of our family; 13 in all of various ages. It was very welcoming with plenty of room for everyone. All 5 bedrooms has it's own bathroom with an additional 1/2 bath near the kitchen. The dining room table was HUGE and we enjoyed eating meals together that we were able to cook in the large kitchen. We had plenty of dishes and nice pots and pans to use. In addition there is also a game room that the younger kids and also some of the older kids enjoyed using. Arcade games that you don't have to keep feeding quarters; a foosball table and a comfortable shelf on the wall for those using their laptop computers. Our host, Anthony, was very quick to respond to any concerns or questions that we had. In addition, the weather was just perfect and our family had a great time reconnecting and making memories in this wonderful home.
