If you place a premium on privacy and awesome ocean vista while sitting on deck. Go there. I think it's unique. God willing ill do it again. Space to breathe and play with your children or dog.

Jeanne’s cottage was wonderful! She was an excellent host - quick responses to questions, easy check-in, very kind.This cottage is wonderful - it was squeaky clean and had wonderful views of the ocean. It is a short drive to downtown Montauk, and short walk to the beach. I can’t wait to go back!

Excellent value for price. -Great location. Rented a golf cart to bop around in town which I recommend. Never walked but you could have. Safe and convenient spot. Walk to beach was easy and quick. Saw so many whales right in front of us and could even see them from the deck. We also saw shooting stars on the deck one night!-The cottage was perfectly adorable and quaint. Two couples and though it was close we made it work. Had towels, hair dryer, steamer. Perfect place for exploring Montauk for a weekend and also enjoying beach time. Would highly recommend.

Always a great stay

We have stayed at Jeanne’s place many times now. It is always clean and comfy. Location can’t be beat - across from the ocean with an amazing view and a short walk to town. Best place we’ve stayed at in Montauk hands down!

Great spot in MTK

The cottage is in a great location- a short walk to town, as well as to the beach. The cottage is well stocked, comfortable and clean. Would definitely stay there again!

Wonderful stay in Montauk

To celebrate a graduation, our family stayed in Montauk as a base to explore Long Island. The ocean view from the cottage was excellent, the amenities were great for the four of us, and Jeanne was a great and responsive host.

Perfect cottage!

Absolutely loved staying at the Twin Pond property. The cottage was so quaint and we loved sitting out on the deck and hearing the ocean! Perfect weekend.

Off season tranquility

Great location - cozy cottage!

The cottage was just as advertised and everything went very smoothly. There’s an ocean view and you can hear the surf when you open the patio door. Very nice!

Wonderful little cottage

Clean, well appointed cottage with ocean view a short walk to the beach! Morning coffee on the deck with a beautiful view and sound of the ocean. Absolutely would love to come back again!

Wonderful cottage getaway-great location!

Very clean, well stocked cottage. Enjoyed the proximity (within walking distance) to the beach and town. Very comfortable accommodations! Very responsive host who provided recommendations and brought out extra blankets so we could enjoy the porch at night. Highly recommend.

Perfect Montauk beach cottage

Great location and very comfortable space. Beautiful ocean view and lovely sea breeze greet you on the deck. Easy walk to town and beach. Kitchen is well equipped so we enjoyed some home cooked meals. Beds and bedding are very comfortable. Jeanne is very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend this place for your Montauk vacation.

Perfect Stay

Our small family stayed at this amazing cottage that is perfectly appointed for all you would need. Excellent location to downtown and an easy, short walk to the beach. The Host was very responsive and helpful. 5 out of 5 would recommend.

Loved our stay!!!

We absolutely loved our stay at this perfect, quintessential Montauk beach cottage. Ideal location….. quick walk to town & cottage is right across from the beach! There are ocean views from the large deck & the home is clean, spacious, tastefully updated & well appointed! To top it off, Jeanne is an awesome host! Friendly, helpful, gracious & quick to communicate… we will definitely be back.
