Clean and Convenient side by side Duplex Apartment across from North Berkeley BART (Subway). Fully furnished, fully stocked, 2 bedroom 1.5 bath with cherry furniture, free WI FI, 55" flat screen smart TV, DVD player, Netflix, eat in kitchen, new stove, new refrigerator, new dishwasher, new microwave, new Speed Queen washer/dryer, sets of dishes, cookware and utensils. There are new safety grab bars in the bathtub/shower. There are fresh and clean linens, extra towels, extra blankets, extra pillows, new lighting and new window treatments. We have books, magazines, board games and puzzles for all ages. There is a craft box for kids to create fun stuff with their imagination. Dedicated off street parking. Level-in no stairs. Walk or bicycle to The University of California. Shop at the local Monterey Market, Magnani Meats, Monterey Fish, Cheese Store, Fresh Bakery and local Roma Cafe. Enjoy eating out in the Gourmet Ghetto or on 4th Street with many restaurants and shops to choose from. Central location with easy access to San Francisco and The Bay Area. Our neighbors are friendly and the area is residential with three parks within a short walking distance. There is a bicycle / jogging path next to the property which winds for miles thru beautiful neighborhoods. We welcome our guests from all over the world and enjoy helping them and their families. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking. We appreciated the little gift basket on the table for our use. Having laundry available for our week stay was essential and much appreciated. The home is clean and quiet. Incredibly close to the North Berkeley BART station, which made day trips to SF very easy. We very much enjoyed our stay. It was perfect for our needs while visiting family in Berkeley. The house was very clean, the master bed was extremely comfortable, and downtown Berkeley was a short 25 minute walk. The North BART station was just a block away which made for an easy day trip into San Francisco. Scott was very helpful in responding to questions. Highly recommend this place.

Place was great. Convenient to BART and also to bike rentals. Was about a 20-30 min walk to univ of berkeley. Host left nice treats and definitely thought of alot of necessities for guests (eg laundry detergent, coffee, shampoos, etc). Would definitely consider staying here again.

We enjoy going to the fresh bakery, farmers markets, restaurants, music and plays all within a short distance. We are within walking distance to The University of California Berkeley.

Being across from BART you can travel the Bay Area without a car. We are next to a bicycle / walking path. There are three children's play grounds within walking distance.
