We sincerely apologize that the cleaning was completed later than expected on your check-in day due to the cleaning company’s scheduling. I’ve asked them to prepare a small gift for you as an apology. Normally, they finish by 1:30 PM, and most of our guests are able to check in early. Yes, this is a 1B1B as clearly stated in the listing description. We also appreciate your note about the gym fee—this has not been raised by previous guests, and we will follow up with our HOA and Skyline partner to clarify. In the meantime, we’d be happy to refund the gym fee to you, as well as extend a **20% discount on the nightly rate** for your next stay with us.
