Experience Cooperstown like a local in this enchanting 5-bedroom farmhouse. With 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, 4 twin beds, and even a crib, there's plenty of space for everyone. The home is ideally set up for 1 to 3 couples or 2 families, giving everyone their own space and privacy. Enjoy the convenience of WiFi, a washer/dryer, and individual AC in each room. 5 minutes to Cooperstown, 15 minutes to Dreams Park but private and away from everything. A great place to call home while you're in town, whether for a week of baseball or a fall or spring month of golf, we hope you enjoy your stay.

The house was very clean and comfortable for us. It is renovated and very pretty. It was well stocked, too. Our boys were playing at Dreams Park, the location was great.

Beautiful peaceful location and an easy drive to Dreams Park. Kitchen was well stocked, everything was clean. One minor issue popped up that was immediately resolved. Great communication from the owner!

Great place

The check in was simple and easy! The house was gorgeous and the beds were so incredibly comfortable!! Everything was clean and everything you needed for the kitchen was there!

House was great. Especially having the 5 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths. Yard was a great place to run around and play games. Close enough to Cooperstown Town Dream Park. Perfect for 10 people.

Great place to stay for a week in Cooperstown!

We had an amazing stay at this farmhouse while our sons played at Dreams Park. Three families and some sideline siblings all stayed here comfortably with plenty of room to play outside and for everyone to spread out. The house was well stocked and the owner was very responsive. This was the most updated place we could find in the area and it was well worth it!

The photos don’t do this farmhouse justice. Comfy beds, cozy front room, relaxing front porch, peaceful and serene property, we thoroughly enjoyed our time here with our family while our grandson played baseball at Dreams Park. Added bonuses (sunscreen, hypoallergenic soap, laundry detergent and more) were much appreciated. Our host was responsive and obliging. We didn’t want to leave and would definitely stay here again and again.
Our grandson’s team took first place in the annual Cooperstown tournament!

We stayed at the property while attending a Cooperstown Dreams Park tournament and had an excellent experience. This was very convenient to the town of Cooperstown and to the ballpark. The rooms were excellent, clean, comfortable, with well-functioning air conditioning units. The kitchen was well supplied and we did utilize the barbecue frequently. This sitting room was a nice added touch. The outdoor spaces are maintained impeccably and our kids had a nice time playing with wiffleball on the grass.There is a well functioning laundry machine and dryer.I would recommend this property without reservation as you will feel as though you are in your own home.
