Great host and beautiful place. We were in Belmar for a wedding and this provided the perfect place to relax, get ready, and enjoy the wedding. We stayed a few extra days to enjoy the beach. The house is nice and close to the beach. Having the beach chairs and beach tags made for an easy quick trip to and from the beach. Would definitely recommend staying at this location!

The communication with Pete the owner was excellent. He responded within minutes of my text. Their property was very nice and clean. They supplied a lot of extras for us to use. I did appreciate that. My grandchildren enjoyed the game room upstairs. It was beautiful and had two large couches for the family to all be together to watch a movie on their 85 inch TV.We were only there for four nights, but it turned out to be a very nice vacation.

Our rental was great overall! The condo has comfortable beds, a great bathroom, a wonderful rec room with huge TV, good A/C, plenty of nice towels (including beach towels), four beach passes, good parking, and a well-supplied kitchen. Our only issue was the bedroom lighting. Each bedroom had one overhead light but no bedside lamps and no lights near the (large) mirrors, so it was too dark to read a book before bed or use the mirrors to put on makeup (which made the single bathroom more of an issue). But overall it was excellent, and the host was very responsive and nice.

We found Antonella & Peters place last minute and we were so grateful!! It was clean, well stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed our morning coffee and evenings on the deck. My nephew enjoyed the game/TV room upstairs. We were concerned to find out after booking that we would be a few houses away from the train tracks, however, the house was pretty solid. It does seem that the trains go by almost every 45 min - an hour during the week but much less on the weekends. The hosts do their best to insulate around the window air conditioners to keep the sound out. Otherwise was a quiet and safe neighborhood. Also nice that chairs, badges are included with the rental and it was a short drive to the beach!We'd definitely recommend thier place to friends and family and would love to return and stay again.

We had a fabulous time at this property. It was very clean, and had a lot of extras that I didn't expect. It is in a wonderful location and parking was available. Would definitely stay at this location again.

Wonderful VRBO! Five stars! So impressed with the owner’s attention to detail…big touches and small. They thought of everything and I have never stayed in a VRBO that had as much as this house had. Easiest check in and check out procedures. Super clean and very well organized house. It was stocked with everything you can imagine and more. Most comfortable house, beds, pillows and furniture. It felt very cozy while being updated and beautifully decorated. Only one bathroom but it is huge, so many people can be getting ready at the same time. The house is very close to the town and beach. Parking at the house was a breeze. Great balcony and game room that was a blast to hang out in with the family. Some items of note: Stairs are steep to enter, which for us was no issue but should be considered for those with physical limitations. The train is obviously loud since it’s next to the house. My kids never heard it but my husband and I did. I think ear plugs would be beneficial. Despite these two mentionable items, I still give five stars. I just wanted to mention them so people knew for their experience and planning.The owners are very kind and you can tell due to their attentiveness and friendliness that they are very loving people who deserve all the accolades! I thank them for the wonderful care they put into their customers of their VRBO!

The split level with tv/game room upstairs is great for those who have those who like to go to bed a little earlier and others looking to stay up later. The hot tub was very nice. A TV in the dining / sitting area would be a plus but not a big deal. The jumbo TV upstairs with lots of seating is amazing.Thanks for a great stay!Regards,Bob

The hosts of this house went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was comfortable. They had coffee pods, tea varieties, bottled water, laundry detergent, and even some toiletries there in the event you may have forgotten some. There was no need for an immediate store run as we were prepared to do, this made the first day there very laid back!
