We had an excellent stay. The host maintain contact which was very assuring for any questions or concerns. The home was nice and spacious. My daughter graduated from WSSU this wknd and we had a small gathering afterwards which the home was spacious enough to accommodate. And we appreciate the privacy of thw home as well. Thank you

My husband and I were moving from TN to NC and stopped here halfway through to recover and drive again the next day. This house was perfect! I wish we could have stayed longer. The home was super easy to get to and the property itself was very nice and secluded. The firepit and outdoor area was beautiful! They had plenty of space for parking and the owners were super responsive and helpful. The inside of the house was absolutely gorgeous, everything from the decor and furniture to the dishes and kitchen set up. The house layout was really nice with plenty of space. I recommend this property to anyone who is looking for something in the Winston Salem area. A huge thank you to the hosts for being so helpful and setting up a wonderful home!

What a beautiful home! Extremely clean and very private. The location was so serene. Surrounded by lovely trees and nature. The home is so spacious and well maintained. The kitchen is well stocked and very clean. All the rooms were so clean and spacious. The home’s decor is up to date and it is very obvious Erin and Rafa have put their hearts into making this home comfortable. Their communication is top notch. We truly appreciate everything. Thank you again for making our vacation a very enjoyable and memorable one. We will for sure be back again.

Perfect place for nice weekend getaway. Also, the house was completely filled with amenities! It was surrounded by a lot of nature and very peaceful.

Urban Delight

The house was exactly as described. It was VERY clean, large bedrooms and large bathrooms. The hosts were prompt and accommodating with their response to any communication. They made sure we were comfortable and were great to work with.Quiet neighborhood in a wooded area.The location was perfect as we were visiting family and they were 5 minutes away. Would highly recommend.

I do not ask for much when staying somewhere but cleanliness is the most important. Not too impressed that I had to clean the home before even sitting down. There were food crumbs everywhere, dogfood left in front of the sink, black little dog hairs everywhere (floors, bed, and couch), a dirty wash rag left in the guest bathroom, and trash left in the trash can. Using a vacuum would have gotten most of the dog hairs up, but they were all over. We itched so much in the beds. I ended up taking a throw cover my daughter keeps in the car and throwing it in the couch and sleeping. But was disgusted by the tons of crumbs bunched up in the couch and the stains. We ended up staying only one night out of the two. At first thought this was an oversight by the cleaner but with so much that was dirty, this property is not maintained at all. Possibly someone lives there with a dog full time. Also the neighborhood is iffy. The security light kept going off, not sure what was going on there. The house behind the property looks abandoned, super creepy to my kids and me. The house would have been ok if things were clean. The house has new furnishings, all the appliances needed in a kitchen, cute outside patio area but it doesn’t make it ok. I contacted the owner the first night, got a reply to refund the cleaning fee (we have not seen that yet). The next day, I sent an email and have had no response from the owner. This was over 7 days ago, and still nothing!
