We were very comfortable for our stay. It was our home base for visiting our daughters for parent's weekend at Univ. of Oregon. It was a very rainy weekend but we had a lovely time. It was only a 15 minute drive to the dorms. It is a large, clean, and comfortable home. I can imagine it to be wonderful in the summer months too.

Peace & Quiet

This house location is excellent if you want peace and quiet but yet close to town for your activities. The river adds to the scenery out the back window. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen spacious. We enjoyed are stay.

Lovely location, fabulous home

This rental exceeded my expectations. The grounds were beautiful with a wrap around deck on both sides of the house. Spacious kitchen, comfortable beds. But sitting in the Adirondack chairs watching baby geese play in the river was the very best part. Just breathtaking.

The house and property (right on the river) were a wonderful place for us to be for our daughter's graduation weekend. It was quiet and beautiful with lots of out door space to enjoy. I loved the fact that we were not in Eugene during the chaos of graduation. It was a relaxing place to be at throughout. The host had great communication when we needed something. Property overall was great. My only small complaint would be around kitchen dishes - such as wine glasses, serving platers, and extras to support cooking.
