James was an attentive host. He gave clear check-in directions and checked to make sure everything was okay once we arrived. The free parking space was an awesome amenity. We had no trouble finding it and our car stayed safe and secure. The condo was very clean and spacious with a great view! Check in with the concierge was a breeze. As with any city, there is a population of people who live on the streets in that area. Nobody bothered us and we felt generally safe, even walking back from the arena at night. We didn’t use the kitchen, but it looked well stocked with cooking supplies. The complementary coffee was appreciated in the morning!

Weekend well deserved

James was very responsive to my every needs, the place was immaculate, everything stocked (with extras) no problem with checking in, excellent parking space, the location is centerpiece of everything, in either direction of travel there was something to do, walking distance to restaurants, and the view.... I'm an Atlanta native and all my years I've never seen such a beautiful day or night. Highly appreciated and recommended.

Nice stay

Great views. Well stocked kitchen for anyone who likes to cook. Ample linen and towels. Our host, James was very accessible and supportive when we called with questions. The only opportunity to improve would be easy ability for a guest to stream. But to be fair, we didn’t spend much time thinking about watching TV.Would definitely stay here again. Thanks James.

Good convention stay

My friends and I stayed here for the weekend of AWA, and this stay was a wonderful experience! Communication was very easy. The apartment is very cute and CLEAN with a parking space included. We had no troubles at all and plus it was only a 20 minute walk to and from the convention center! It was a perfect getaway for us. Cannot recommend this place enough!

Mother daughter trip

This property was perfect for our Mother daughter trip. It is within walking distance of all the tourist attractions downtown. Plus a FREE parking spot!! The property was clean and cute and all the employees were very polite and professional.

Atlanta - Thanksgiving 2024

Property was excellent, and was very clean with plenty of extra sheets, towels etc. I was impressed by how the owner even provided coffee and tea along with the Keurig and coffee pot. The kitchen is tiny, but it has all the necessities. The concierge is also excellent - 24 hr security on site, which is very reassuring. Just a couple of things to consider - the Nutribullet will probably stop working shortly. it is pretty stiff right now. Also, the mattress on the pull out couch is really meant only for kids below 10yrs. For an adult it is quite difficult since it is not as well padded. Yes - it is a pull out couch, I realize that. Best to have sleeping bags for additional support. I would definitely rent the unit again.

Very clean, quite, good location

I stayed here for a business trip, and you have just about everything you need. It’s an older property, but well maintained, very clean and quiet. The 22nd floor view of Atlanta is great, and several good restaurants within easy walking distance. The host was a great communicator and was proactive in making sure everything was ok. Only a couple of minor downsides. No bottled or filtered water, and the TVs have just basic cable, and unable to stream anything like Netflix. But for the price, it’s a very good deal and I’d stay here again.

Great location, Perfect little condo…

Stayed in the ATL for a few days see a concert and some tourist stuff .. the condo was in the perfect location to walk everywhere! quick trip on Marta right to the front door from the airport. Only bad thing in the hot water went out the last day we were there so cold shower … but it was the building not the owner . Will def try booking this again in the near future.

Amazing View, Roomy Awesome

The building is a really interesting building I've never stayed in a building with that many floors before so it was a new experience for me to be on the 22nd floor. The free parking was nice although a little tiny bit confusing to try to find but once I found it it was great to have a dedicated parking space. The apartment itself is really nice the main living room is huge with a cute little super functional kitchen a really nice screened-in porch a well-equipped bathroom and a nice bedroom that you can make completely dark and actually sleep in. Overall I had an amazing experience and will definitely come back the next time I'm in Atlanta⁹

excellent accomodations and proximity

there is only one reason I am telling how great a stay proximity and accomodations were because the host was so gracious I can't help but give him the kudo's he deserves even had Ice cubes in the freezer, this space and location were Ideal, the coup de grah was the free parking right next to the entrance all well lit and safe, Awesomeness personified:)

Convenient Location with Great Views

My family enjoyed our stay at this condo while we visited downtown Atlanta. The pullout couch was perfect for the kids and the condo was comfortable. We used a box fan from the master closet in the living room over night, and found the towels, as well as linens for the pullout bed in the hall closet. The bathroom has a Squatty Potty that didn't look like it had been thoroughly cleaned, but other than that, the condo met our expectations. We enjoyed the screened in balcony with great views and a beautiful sunset.

Great spot downtown

We needed a quick overnight stop while in town for a concert. Condo was comfortable and had great views and convenient walking access to downtown.

Biz conference escape

Had three members from my team each spend a night there as they rotated through while we were in town for a biz conference. The location was right there with all the conference hotels, parking was ample, & perfect for a recharge after a crazy day of meetings. Had some issues getting all the names on the list to get in but that was my fault. Host was in touch to resolve it quickly.
