All guests making a reservation agree to our house rules as follows:

— NO SMOKING: We have a very strict no-smoking policy (strictly no use of cannabis, e-cigarettes, tobacco, or anything alike). Any traces of smoking inside the property will result in a penalty of $1,000.

— PUT TRASH IN BAG: Unbagged trash is extremely hard to take out and will be subject to an extra cleaning fee of $100.

— PET RULES: Please pick up waste from pets. Damage caused by pets will be subject to replacement costs. $250 per pet fee for any non-disclosed pets brought on the property.

— NO PARTIES OR EVENTS: Maximal number of guests allowed is 3. $500 fine against the rule. Cops will be called and legal actions will be taken if you host an event or throw a party at our property. Groups of visitors and party-size visitors are not allowed. Please ask for approval if you have visitors, and fees for additional guests will apply.

— QUIET HOURS: 8 pm to 8 am. Keep outside noise low during this time, and please move conversations inside. The home is located in a family setting and is only suitable for families, business professionals, and quieter groups. Please be respectful of the owners and the neighbors. Loud, late-night disturbances will be fined $500 accordingly.

— Exterior security cameras monitoring in place.

— Late checkout is not allowed.
