Unregistered guests will lead to eviction.
No visitors are allowed.
Passport or drivers license photos are required before arrival.
Lost/damaged remote fee: $100; keycard fee: $200 each.
Local residents must contact the host before booking.
Replacement fee for damaged or stained linens: $30 per item.
No illegal drugs or hookah on the property; violators will be evicted. Hookahs or loudspeakers found will be returned at checkout.
Smoking fee: $200.
Extra cleaning fee if left excessively dirty (e.g., dirty pots, trash overflow, stains).
Late check-out fee: $50 after 30 min; full day charge after 2 hours.
Reporting issues gives permission to enter and make necessary repairs or cleaning without further notice.
Violation of these rules may result in cancellation and removal without refunds.
