House appeared to be a recent makeover. When we arrived the driveway was taped off and I had to undo the tape and move orange traffic cones to access the drive. The front door would not stay closed unless we set the deadbolt lock. The house had a couple of places where baseboard was not fastened securely to the wall. There were scratches on the surface of the dining area table. There was damage to a wall in the area downstairs that matched the height of chairs which were found in a different area. We took pictures when we entered the property to avoid being charged for these pre-existing damages. The toilet paper was an extremely cheap 1 ply. The toilet paper roll holders were not fastened securely to the wall and the roll would slant when accessing tissue. There weren’t many standard amenities that we have come to expect with most all of our other VRBO rentals (no coffee filters, no hair dryer) I believe with a few of these issues being addressed that the property would be better suited to be listed on VRBO.

Perfect for extended family trip and a great location for the volleyball tournament we were in town for. The open floor plan made it easy to gather together, with plenty of rooms for everyone to have their own space too! The large back yard and finished basement game room were wonderful hang outs!
