Step inside our newly built, beautifully designed, spacious home and find yourself one block from winding footpaths along Fall Creek. Conveniently located, our 4 bedroom 3 bathroom home is just minutes from Indy's must see attractions. We can comfortably sleep up to 16 guests!

**Pet fee =$150 total for first 2 pets. $50 extra for 3rd pet. 3 pet maximum.**

We had a fantastic stay! We were three families with kids ranging from age 2 to 15. Everybody was comfortable the house accommodated us perfectly, the host was extremely communicative, and if we come back to the area, we would revisit this stay!

Wonderful home, very inviting and perfect for our family gathering. Family from Chicago and St. Louis drove in for a surprise birthday party and this home was perfect for us to gather, catch up, relax and spend time with one another! Lovely home! Couldn't have gone smoother.

Great Space Near Indy

Great space for a family gathering, with plenty of room, comfortable beds and close to downtown Indianapolis. Very clean, super-communicative host, easy check in and check out. Would definitely stay there again. Did have problem with hot water (not enough for our group of 7 adults) and upstairs bathtub did not drain properly. Also needed more supplies (ex: more paper towels, spray cleaner for countertop cleaning). And would advise installing towel bars or hooks in primary bathroom as the only one was small and very far from the shower.

Spacious family retreat.

Plenty of separate bedrooms for our family of four. Loved the upstairs TV lounge and comfortable couches for movie watching. Well stocked with towels and bathroom toiletries plus soaps for kitchen and dishwasher. Perfect staging area for our college kid to summer internship kid transition. Loved the washer/dryer access and appreciated being able to put one car in the rear garage and two on the rear driveway. Older neighborhood. We did twice struggle to get to rear of house due to inconsiderate neighbor parking. The main alley is narrow but useable, the other two entrances were overgrown with bushes which whacked my car. Probably need to update the listing photos the lounge furniture arrangements have been updated slightly since those shots were published a couple years ago. Property manager was very responsive.

Auto Auction at Fairgrounds

Four friends and I needed a larger home for our trip to the Mechum Auto Auction at the Indiana Fairgrounds. This home fit the bill perfectly. I will describe the neighborhood as on the mend. Many homes in the area have been renovated or in the process of renovation. This home appeared practically brand new and a great location for us and our event. The host was a great communicator and all expectations were met. Having a garage we could use was a nice perk of this property.
