At this charming 2-bedroom condo tucked away in a resort community between both lakes Como and Geneva, you’ll have your choice of where to make all your water-themed dreams come to life. Your vacation begins the moment you arrive, with desirable onsite amenities of a seasonal outdoor pool, tennis and basketball courts, kayak and paddleboard rental, outdoor bar with patio, and more! Everything you need to live your best vacation life in the warmer months is right at your fingertips.



The appeal does not stop when the weather changes, however. Fall visitors get a chance to take in the stunning color changes via a hike along the 22-mile shore path or a guided boat tour. In winter, Winterfest and multiple surrounding ski hills make for the perfect short getaway. Year round, make sure you set aside some time to visit the abundance of unique local options for food and drink in Lake Geneva among other magical waterfront cities.



Inside the home, bright and cheerful spaces invite you to relax and unwind with loved ones on comfortable furnishings surrounded by lake-chic décor. The living room offers plentiful sofa and recliner seating for kicking up your feet after long days exploring and streaming all your favorite entertainment on the smart TV. Steps away, the well-equipped kitchen offers all the comforts of home, capable of creating large family-style feasts and lighter bites alike. The stylish dining table seats the whole crew for mealtimes or plays host to evenings filled with games and laughter. In the early morning hours, take your freshly brewed cup of coffee out onto the patio to soak in the fresh air and scenic vistas of community.



This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed with patio access.

Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed.

The home includes 2 full guest bathrooms, the first with a single vanity and walk-in shower and the second with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• As a community pool, availability is subject to community discretion. It is generally available from Memorial Day to Labor Day, but can be closed for maintenance, etc. Host shall not be held liable for pool closures.

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Lot parking available for 2 vehicles.

• Please note that early check in and late check out are subject to availability. If approved, the first hour is complimentary and additional hours are $30 each.

• The minimum age to book our properties is 25, and the individual making the reservation must be one of the guests physically staying at the property for the entire duration of the reservation.
