This 1 bedroom 2nd floor walk-up apartment is located blocks south of the square in downtown Bloomington. There is a fully furnished kitchen for eating-in or it is only a quick walk to downtown restaurants. Quick 5 minute drive to Sample Gates and 7 minute drive to Memorial Stadium on IU Campus. Bloomington's B-line walking trail one block away!

The apartment entry is on the rear of the building and is accessed via an exterior staircase and deck. Parking space is accessible from alley.

Graduation stay

Very nice and convenient. Place is very dated but had most everything we needed. Bathroom could have used more towels bars and an electrical outlet. We were going to a special event and really couldn't see to dry my hair.
