The Retro Rosé- quiet neighborhood close to everything
You’ll feel like you just got home when you arrive here. After a long drive or a quick getaway, this house has everything you need that a hotel doesn’t. Starting with a large backyard that you can have a cookout or bring some firewood for the fire pit and enjoy the beautiful North Carolina weather with your friends or family! We also stock the grill with propane for you to use. Each bedroom features fresh plush bedding & extra blankets. The 3rd bedroom has an option of a futon with a mattress topper on the armoire if you need an extra bedroom. The property features a new A/C & heating unit for ultimate comfort. So close to Walmart if you forgot anything, & lots of quick fast food options if you have a long drive & don’t want to cook. It's easy to see why you'll be able to unwind at our place.
Open concept kitchen to enjoy watching a movie night or playing with the kids while being close to the kitchen if you decide to stay in and cook. But don’t stay in if you want to checkout restaurants or breweries! There’s lots of local spots nearby for a nice time out with friends or family. This quiet neighborhood is very close to downtown Graham & minutes to downtown Burlington. Lots of places to eat, drink, & check out local events or go shopping. Just a few exits from Mebane’s Tanger outlet if you love to add a shopping trip. And about 15 minutes to Elon College for Parents Weekend or any event at the college. Not far from the highway, you can be in Chapel Hill or Durham or Greensboro for any concert or event within 20 to 45 minutes.
The back yard has plenty of seating and space for a gathering, or bring your own firewood to enjoy the large firepit. A brand new brick patio area with dining seating & lots of places to sit around the yard while enjoying the weather or grilling out with the propane grill out back.

Motor boating and fishing offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hiking and rock climbing nearby.
