Welcome to our newly built villa built in 6/2024 that offers privacy, breathtaking views and natural beauty, ideal for a peaceful getaway.
The large courtyards provide ample space for relaxation, while the absolute privacy allows you to rejuvenate. The magnificent view of the surrounding landscape completes the experience.
The comfortable 50 sq m villa features a spacious living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy bedroom and a modern bathroom and private free parking.
We are close to nature and have a quiet retreat away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
Enjoy the communal pool shared only by our 3 villas and the barbecue facilities that together with the playground will leave you with unforgettable moments!
The Villa is located in the picturesque village of Aitania. Just 13' by car from Karteros beach, 20' from Heraklion and 15' from the airport.
We are in the center of Crete so all the interesting places and locations are at your ''feet'' in a few minutes.
