Private two bedrooms with queen size beds and a full size pull out mattress offer plenty of space traveling solo, with friends, or family. We are PET FRIENDLY! Sit and enjoy the views with a fire table outside while you grill and prepare meals in our fully stocked kitchen! Local guide book provided for delicious restaurants nearby! Plenty of parking for hauling ATV trailers or traveling with a trailer. Best to use your own vehicle. We can provide FREE parking in Springdale! There are two rental units on the property with one shared wall. The wall has extra insulation and is very quiet. We are located over 100 feet from the main road which is great for easy access and is further back then many other rentals in the area. You will still have some noise though as is common for the area.
The Hot Tub is shared with one other rental on the property. Lots of relaxation spaces for everyone and two fire tables.
