Near Lavapies metro (the best line in terms of access to all of Madrid) the apartment is on a very quiet side street only 1.5 blocks away. Lavapies is a beautiful historic center area and close to everything you want to see in Madrid. It’s :25 easy walk to the Prado, :12 walk to Atocha, and a quick :30 to the airport by car, there are lots of great restaurants and cafeterias to enjoy steps from the unit. This cozy and pleasant property features 2 bedrooms, 1 bedroom with a queen bed plus sofa bed, and 1 bedroom with two twin beds. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and hair dryer. Guests can enjoy amenities like a washing machine, iron, heating, WiFi, AC, tv, dishwasher.. We think our place will help you experience everything Madrid has to offer.

Please turn off all heating and air-conditioning units. Open the windows in the living room and leave them open to air the unit.
