Watch manatees from out private marina on the river side of our complex that has only 5 bldgs. Need a boat slip? Let us know as one can be included! The tranquil atmosphere of this condo will make your stay truly special. We look forward to hosting you at our place.

Absolutely wonderful

Accommodations were fabulous, looking out over the ocean for coffee in the morning, watching sunset from pool in the evening. Manatees swimming in lagoon daily. Everyone we met here were welcoming. Excellent viewing of space launches. Host kept us up to date on a couple of maintenance issues being performed on the building. Hated to leave, can’t wait to return!
