Superb villa in Albufeira, Algarve - your holidays near beautiful beaches

Alto dos Caliços is 5 min away from downtown Albufeira and from its main beaches, but away from the fuss and with privacy. You will find supermarkets, the fish market, shopping centers, amusement parks and, of course, some of the most beautiful beaches in the country nearby.
It’s a two floor house with two bedrooms on the first floor (one with a queen size bed and the other with two twin beds) and a bathroom (with bathtub). Downstairs you will find a living/ dining room with fireplace and a/c, bathroom (with bathtub), modern fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, microwave oven, fridge, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine. In the pantry you will find the water heater and the washing machine.
Outside there is a pleasant garden where you will be able to relax after and intense day with a patio and a bbq, table and chairs. There’s also a garage for your car.

Great property with a, wonderful and supportive owner.

We had a great time at this property as it was an excellent location, was well equipped to allow us to be comfortable and the layout and amenities made sure we could relax and fully enjoy our vacation. We did have a few questions of Rosa when we first moved in and she was very prompt, professional and thoughtful in making sure everything was sorted out to our satisfaction. We would love to come back here as it felt like it was our home away from home.

Lovely villa - stayed for 2 weeks at end of July with two teenage boys who were very happy as it had Wi-fi !!! There was everything you could possibly need - the only down part was being next to a busy and noisy road however you soon got used to the sounds - would definitely recommend

Fantastic villa

Just loved this villa, very comfortable and location for us was great. Everything you could need for a relaxing holiday right there and pool was just fab-pictures don't do it justice. 15 minute walk into the old town, bus stop practically outside villa if you don't want to walk though taxis are cheap. 2 snack bars nearby which were very handy and easy walk to supermarkets. Rosa very quick to reply to any questions we had about our trip, would definitely use this place again.

A great villa

Great villa in a near perfect location. I would recommend this villa with out any hesitation a very short drive into the old Town or less than 5euros in a cab . There a 2 great cafes / bars a 1 min walk away. Aldi and lidal 2 min in car To be honest i cant find anything bad to say

Beyond expectations.

Clean and tidy with all the basic amenities, big flat screen TV, very nice comfortable memory foam bed kitchen well stocked with kitchen ware, plates, cutlery cups ect. Walkable distance from nearest beach and local supermarket's that's a stones throw away from the villa so overall experience very nice and defiantly considering booking again at some point in the future. Five stars...*

Perfect villa

We had a lovely stay in this villa - it had everything we needed and was within walking distance to shops, restaurants and the beach. The villa was clean and spacious and our 2 year old absolutely loved the pool. Thank you for letting us stay here, we hope to be back one day!
