Complimentary Beach Service provided by LDV (March to October). The views are SPECTACULAR!!! And the best thing about this place is that IT'S ON THE BEACH!!! Step outside and your on the beach. Frolick in the surf, shopping nearby, restaurant. It's all nearby.

Everything was great!We do want to mention the outdoor deck light doesn’t work, the latch on the dog gate needs replacing, and the kitchen sink was really slow to drain.Nothing major tho!

The location is wonderful - you're right on the beach. However, the pictures are not accurate for the condition of the property. There is a hole in the living room wall, the shower head does not properly work, improper/undersized cooling for the bedroom, various bad patches done to walls and ceiling, and the small shower has a strange "goo" stuck to the wall. The postives are location and comfortable matress.

We recently stayed at this VRBO in Destin and unfortunately it did not match the listing description or photos. One of the main reasons we booked this property was because it was advertised as a “walk out to the beach,” but the unit was actually on the second floor. The patio/back porch photos shown in the listing also appeared to be from the lower-level unit, not the one we rented, which felt misleading.The listing also mentioned a pullout couch, which technically existed, but the mattress was in terrible condition. It honestly felt like a sheet thrown over exposed springs and was not usable for sleeping.Beyond that, the overall cleanliness and upkeep were disappointing. There was mold on the bathroom ceiling, the couch, bench and shower curtains were very dirty, rust throughout the unit, dog hair collected in cracks and corners, and even a pack of cigarettes left on the bathroom floor when we arrived. The property overall felt poorly maintained and not accurately represented online.Destin itself was wonderful, but we were disappointed with the condition and accuracy of this rental listing

Location is amazing! Ten steps down to the beach!

Location is perfect. Beach is gorgeous. White sand and clear water 100 yds out. Small studio apartment. We had everything we needed. My only complaint was no place to hang dress clothes. Covered porch was my favorite! 100 ft from water how could it get better. Very clean. Plenty of shops. Pompano Joes was the best and close enough to walk to. Thanks for a wonderful week.
