It has a fully equipped kitchen with double door refrigerator with water/ice dispenser, induction cook top, stove, toaster, coffeemaker & Nespresso machine, microwave, dishwasher, wine cooler and much more……

Downstairs is the Master Bedroom with King Size bed and En suite Bathroom. Upstairs are the 2nd and 3rd bedroom with in one bedroom a King Size bed and the other a Queen size bed. Both have an En suite bathroom. Bedrooms have air conditioning and Flat Screen smart TVs.

You will also have access to the private laundry room with washer/dryer, iron & ironing board. Beach Chairs, Cooler, Beach towels and Umbrella is provided to take to the beach.
There a 2 parking spots in front of the Villa

This villa is constructed in 2022 with the highest quality furniture and is located in a safe, quiet and family friendly gated community of Gold Coast in the Northern part of the Island, very close to Arashi, Boca Catalina and Malmok Beach, which is perfect for snorkeling.
Gold Coast is situated in the upscale Malmok region and offers free of use, 24/7 security, 3 community swimming pools, Tennis Courts and Gym.

The villa is a short drive to the hotel Boulevard with entertainment, shops, restaurants and casinos. Tierra del Sol, 19 hole Golf Course is within walking distance.

This property is amazing. The pictures don’t do it justice. It also came with drinks waiting for us in the refrigerator and was also stocked with plenty of spices. Very modern unit and exceptionally clean. All three bedrooms had their own bath which was absolutely great. The pool is very well taken care of and the outdoor kitchen was a wonderful addition. Thank you for a GREAT stay.

This was our 2nd time booking this property. I cannot express how much we all love it. It is the perfect layout from the bedrooms to the pool & outdoor living area. Minutes from Arashi beach. Chairs, umbrellas, towels all there ready for use. We cannot say how much we love interacting with Petra the property manager. She is quickly reponsive and always makes sure our stay is a memorable one. We will be back again.

This villa was a perfect location for our Aruba vacation. The villa was exactly as described. Check in was easy, and our host, Petra, stopped by our first afternoon to make sure we had everything we need. The welcome information for the villa and the island was very helpful. The beds and bedding were very comfortable. Everything you need for a day at the beach was provided. We used the pool every day. Would absolutely stay at this villa again the next time we're in Aruba. A wonderful stay!

Over and Above

The property was actually over and above our expectations based on the listing. We've rented over a dozen homes/villas in the past and you can always find something that is wrong, missing, or not right even if those places were very good, but not this one. Perfect location for us, the beds were very comfortable, bathrooms, pool, outdoor kitchen, washer and dryer were all pluses. Kitchen very well equipped. Beach chairs, wagon, umbrellas were great to have. Petra spent sometime to make sure this house was well equipped exceed everyone's expectations. If the rating would go to a 10 we would give it that.
