Second-floor unit with big living room, fully equipped kitchen and laundry. We are just a mile and a half north of San Pedro downtown and within walking distance of 5 restaurants/bars. Most secure and prestigious neighborhood. Private pier for fishing and swimming. Private pool, patio, kayak, bicycles, hammocks, snorkel gear.

There are two 2BR/2Bath apartments on the property that can be rented individually or together. Each unit has fully equipped kitchen, living room, ocean view patio, 52' TV, Netflix, games and nice decorated.
You are renting one (upstairs) unit. That means that another gust or owner may stay in downstairs unit. You will have your own patio but will be sharing the backyard, pool, pier, kayak, bicycles and swimming gears.
You may consider to rent with your friends/family entire house (two units) for discounted price. Check our listing for 4BR.
If you rent entire house (both units) you will have 100% of the property for yourself and total privacy.
Complimentary pick up and delivery to and from ferry or airport.
