Shiny third floor apartment with no street noise on a seventh floor building.
The street is very quite though near public transport access, cute restaurants, with tree-lined streets, nearby square, near to Palermo Soho and 5 blocks away from Alto Palermo Shopping and subway. With a supermarket round the corner and also tiny shops for almost every need. Also near Palermo Gardens, Zoo and Botanical Garden, which you can reach walking. Lots of "parrillas" pizzerias and ethnic food retaurants!

I like location of this property and the neigboourhood. Its very quite and still near downtown. Also its not a huge building and has few owners all knowing each other very quiete building where no noise is appreciated.

What makes this property unique

I will be available for help you need working days at midday and after 20 hs-
A doorman is available from Monday to Friday 7:00 - 12:00 and 17:00 -20:00 Saturdays from 7:00 - 12:00 Sundays & Hollidays from 19:00-20:00. In case you doesn't see him around ring his bell on the front entrance.
