Welcome to our stunning three-story townhome, perfect for your stay in the heart of Indianapolis! Here’s a detailed layout of our property:

First Floor:
On the first floor, you'll find a cozy gas fire pit, ideal for relaxing evenings. The living room offers ample seating and entertainment options, featuring a 65-inch smart TV for your enjoyment. Additionally, there is a full bathroom conveniently located on this floor.

Second Floor:
The second floor features a stylish and spacious dining room, perfect for enjoying your meals. Adjacent to the dining room is a second living room, offering another comfortable space for gatherings and relaxation. The fully equipped kitchen includes all your basic cooking needs, and we provide free coffee to start your day right.

Third Floor:
The third floor houses the master bedroom, a spacious sanctuary with a king bed, a 55-inch TV, and an attached full bathroom. The second bedroom features two queen beds and 2 Full Beds via bunkbed, an attached full bathroom, and a 55-inch TV. The third bedroom is a cozy room with a twin XL bunk bed and a 43-inch TV, perfect for additional guests or children.

Each bedroom is equipped with four pillows: two memory foam and two feather pillows, ensuring a restful night's sleep. All mattresses are 12-inch memory foam, providing ultimate comfort for our guests.

this place is AWESOME. pictures are amazing but they truly don’t do the house justice. my family loved all the small details, such as the sound machines to sleep and charging ports everywhere. this was the perfect place to settle down after our wedding and it’ll be cherished forever!!although we were busy on wedding day and didn’t communicate much with the host, we knew they’d be there if we needed them. showers had nice water pressure and provided toiletries. the living room was a great hangout spot. location was quiet and close to so many things. already planning another stay here i’ll admit!thank you guys for everything!!

I had a wonderful stay at this Indianapolis home! The location was perfect, close to several attractions and restaurants. The house was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed, and Austin was a fantastic host, very responsive and helpful. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting Indianapolis!

Spacious, clean and Dog Friendly

Wonderful accommodations. Everyone had their own private space, which our kids enjoyed. Thankful to be able to travel with our family dog! We were here for several days and commuted to a baseball tournament at Grand Park. Would definitely stay here again! The guys appreciate the k-cups, and I appreciated the washer/dryer and well stocked system. Great communication and easy check-in.

The hosts were very responsive, and the location was very convenient. It's located near Riley and has a secure garage, so I felt comfortable parking our accessible van on site. The unit was clean and had most of what I needed. My only complaint was the confusion around my early checkout. My nephew was discharged from Riley sooner than expected, so we were excited to hit the road, especially with a 3-4 hour drive ahead of us. I used the app to notify the hosts that I was leaving early, but that must've been missed. I called one of the hosts to find out what I needed to do to check out, and he let me know. I sent another message with photos confirming I completed the checkout tasks, so I thought we were all good. I'm not sure where the miscommunication happened, but I received messages one day and two days after checking out, asking when I would check out. I believe we're all on the same page now, though. Despite the checkout confusion, I REALLY liked this place and found it a nice option for families with special needs. When you're spending all day in the hospital and need a little distance from all the intensity of your medical emergency, it's a nice a nice option to have.
