Welcome to our recently renovated studio apartment where you will have everything you need for a perfect holiday in Reykjavík.

The studio apartment is located within a two minute walking distance from Laugavegur, the main downtown area of the city. You will also find a great supermarket, bars, restaurants and multiple museums just around the corner.

The studio apartment has a private entrance an there is plenty of parking right outside.

The location was great, we walked everywhere. Nice large shower and the washer/dryer was much appreciated. Kitchen had 1 outlet which made breakfast with coffee, toast and microwave a juggling act. Host provided coffee, fruit and chocolate which was thoughtful. Small fridge did have a freezer compartment to store a bag of ice for drinks. No TV which was okay for us. Could have used more storage for clothes as there was only one hanging area near the front door. Pay parking in front of the building, about 20-25 USD per day. We enjoyed our stay..

I thoroughly enjoyed this property and now that I'm home, I miss it so much! The location is as central as it gets--surrounded by excellent restaurants and popular activities--and the bathroom is huge. The property is clean and well stocked. I appreciated the host's responsiveness, professionalism, and kindness. This is a room in a cute house on a residential street so you will occasionally hear people parking outside your window, but I did not find that to be an issue. Couldn't have asked for a better stay.
