We enjoyed our stay immensely! The property was exactly as advertised. The beds were very comfortable and the house was nicely appointed with everything we might need. The location of the house is perfect to downtown shopping and eating. We were so lucky to stay there during Mule Days and were able to watch the parade from the front porch! So fun!!Overall, a ten out of ten for us!
We were in town for a funeral, and could not have picked a better home for our stay. Everything was superb. We only wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy everything the house offered.
This property was so perfect for our group. Three families stayed there for a softball tournament at Ridley sports complex. Could not have been better. A++++

The house was a beautiful, fully remodeled older home with impressive decor and in really good condition. It was a two story home, which wasn’t specified in the listing, but was extremely spacious. We requested and were able to check in a little early though the communication was lagging a little bit. We really appreciated the large Master bedroom and beautiful Master bathroom. The kids loved the over-sized bean bag room. It was great for our large family and everyone getting their own room. We would have loved to have spent more time in the home but we had a busy event schedule and were only there for two nights. The location was perfect being within minutes of food or retail. Would definitely love to stay there again if we are ever in the area. Grand Welcome provided great instructions and information for check-in and check out. Overall a great quick trip to Columbia, TN.

A wonderful location
The house itself was beautiful, with ample room for our family. The location was perfect, in a historic district within easy walking distance to the square and several restaurants. Our only inconveniences came from trying to communicate with the management company. We did not receive the emails containing the forms they required. We left communication through the VRBO app, and the management company did not respond. When we called the phone number listed, we were put on hold until we hung up and called again. Future guests should be aware that while the shades covering all the windows (including those in front of the showers) appear opaque from the inside of the house, they are completely see-through from outside of the house.
Overall the house was great! My only thing to mention is that the trash cans were both full when we arrived so we had to stack the trash in the back of the house porch so animals wouldn’t get in it by putting it on the ground by the trash cans. The other thing is the small bedroom with the Lovesac beds in it was very small, which was fine, but the remote to the fan in there was not there in the room and the room was very hot. The sun comes in that room horribly by 5am and the blinds were just there for window coverage, not to block any sunlight coming in. Between the sun coming in and it being hot in the room, the first nights sleep wasn’t great but the property manager did come over the next day and brought a floor fan to use in there which did make the next 2 nights better as far as it not being as hot in there. I would highly recommend darker blinds or curtains in that room. It’s mentioned as a “movie room” but again with the sunlight coming in, we couldn’t see the TV due to the glare until it got totally dark around 9:45pm. Besides those 2 things, it really was a good stay and house was great!!!! Very nice and comfy! Parking was tight in the driveway with a bigger vehicle, but we managed, that wasn’t a big deal either. We really appreciated the promptness of the property manager. Thanks!
