Family friendly for sure!!! Perfectly appointed and extremely clean. Host communicated promptly. We were in TN from TX for our son’s wedding in Franklin and the. Reception in Thompson’s Station. The house was absolutely perfect for our family at this blessed time! Great location to travel back and forth between Franklin and Thompson’s Station. Our friends stayed next door in the house owned by the same host! All was wonderful!

Beautiful VRBO with all the amenities of home & more

Eight classmates from my high school got together for a reunion at this beautiful home. Beds are comfortable, kitchen is well equipped, and we all enjoyed the beautiful setting from the wrap around deck and the front porch. Special touches were found in every room.

Fantastic home for a welcome respite

Set back away from the road surrounded by glorious trees and wildlife, this is the place to go for a non-rustic get-a-way. High ceilings, large rooms, a wraparound porch, and a kitchen built for large families, this has it all.

Peaceful retreat!!!!

We really enjoy our stay in the hills of Franklin, TN. I enjoyed this home so much I really want to keep this hidden gem to myself. There is plenty of natural light & beautiful scenery. The home was very clean. No maintenance issues. I wish we could've stay longer. Thank for being a wonderful host.

Great house

My 6 brothers and sisters plus spouses were in thecarea for a nieces wedding. The house and surrounding area was beautiful. The only drawback to this house is that is far away from any amenities ‐ grocery, gas, resturants. We were not prepared for that.

Beautiful House with Beautiful Views

My family stayed in this house when we went to Franklin to celebrate my mother’s 90th birthday. We had 3 generations & with the 3 levels it was perfect. Definitely would rent again!

Wedding Weekend

We came in town for a family wedding. This home was beautiful and had more than enough space for 10 adults. I loved the multiple floors and separate gathering spaces to enjoy our time. Would definitely rent this home again in the future. Easy access to Nashville, Brentwood and Spring Hill areas.

Family Reunion

The property was secluded, clean, and amply supplied. The owner was thoughtful, professional, and available. We would recommend it to others. The location is 10-15 minutes from stores and restaurants. Being on 840, which was the closest interstate system was far better for us than I-40. Only suggestion is a baby gate would be appreciated for groups with crawlers or toddlers, but the ones we purchased did not fit the stairs. This is the time of year for insects, but there are multiple types of insecticide available for various kinds of insects, should you need it. Overall - a very pleasant stay and a hospitable owner

Old Friends Visit

Beautiful location, not far from Nashville and fairly close to Franklin. Lots of living space, kitchen is stocked with serving and cookware, the bedrooms are large. One group member is in a wheelchair and the owner was kind enough to provide two ramps for the entrance. The main living area, porch, kitchen and master bedroom is wheelchair accessible. The bathtub/shower is accessible with assist. I can not comment on the accessibility of the toilet and would advise folks to look at the photos. Would definitely rent again.

The house is large and perfect for accommodating large groups/multiple families! The location is perfect - only a short drive from Nashville, Columbia, Franklin, etc. Highly recommend!

Secluded Beautiful Home for Family Groups

We rented this house for a family wedding in the area. Twelve of us had plenty of space to both gather in the living areas and retreat to our own private rooms. The home has separate thermostats on each level for comfort. The beds are a firm memory foam, and everyone mentioned how comfortable they were. The house was very clean and stocked with basic supplies like paper towels, hand & dish soap, and toilet paper. The kitchen was also well stocked and had high end appliances. We had easy access into the house, and there is a parking area with only a stair or two to the main floor that was good for a few of our older family members. The house is nestled in the woods and very private, but easy to find via map apps. Quick access to 840. We’d highly recommend this home!

Beautiful Home

This house was very beautiful and accommodated my family perfectly. The kitchen and master bedroom was amazing and overall impressive. The house is stocked very well with towels and linen. The outdoor upper level wrap around porch was very relaxing and inviting for the natural breezes. However, there were ladybugs in the bathroom and fuzzy worms noted in the bedrooms and around the baseboards of the home as well as dead bugs that we had to clean up. The location was a bit confusing to find being that GPS was stopping us at the first home on the private driveway. Nevertheless, once we figured it out the stay was Great and we would definitely consider staying at this property again.

Very Nice House

This house is beautiful and accommodated my family very well! The kitchen is beautiful and the house was very impressive to my family. Spacious and new was what I liked about it. However, there were ladybugs every day in the bathroom and some bedrooms in the house and a small amount of dead bugs in the living room in which we cleaned up. Since the house is new, it doesn't show up on GPS, so it was hard to find and we kept passing the drive way when we went out. It's very awkward. Overall, this house was very nice to stay in and the house was clean which is big for me. I would rent the house again.

NIce Property

This place is a bit more secluded than we expected from the description. It is a very nice, well-maintained property. It is big enough for our family with 3 couples and kids.The kitchen is well equipped with a lot of dinnerware & utensils. It is easy to get in touch with the host. We all enjoyed staying at this place.

This beautiful home has spacious 5 fully furnished bedrooms and comfortable 4.5 bathrooms. Two bed rooms are on the main floor, two on second floor, and one is in the walkout basement. The master bedroom on the main floor has king-size bed, a rocking chair, TV, dresser, walk-in closet, and a private luxurious bathroom with dual sink vanity, tub as well as standing shower with a seat. The other bed room has queen bed and a private bathroom. A half bathroom is also on the main floor. The two rooms upstairs have queen beds and share a bathroom. The basement provides additional living space with large recreational room and fifth bedroom with 2 queen beds and attached full bathroom. Gourmet kitchen has granite countertops, cabinets, stainless steel appliances, under cabinet lighting, an island and 4 bar stools, and sunny dining area. The laundry room has washer, dryers, Iron and Iron stand. TV and fireplace is in the living room, BBQ grill and outdoor furniture on the deck. A lot of parking space with a 3-car garage. You can have fun and joy on the hiking trail outside this home. This is a perfect place to relax and recharge. Come and explore the music city of Nashville and historic city of Franklin. Enjoy the view of beautiful hills while sitting in bed rooms, family room, or on the deck or patio. Imagine you and your loved ones, sitting around a fireplace, sipping a warm beverage or sitting outside on the deck and enjoying the BBQ and looking out the beautiful valley. If you are an early riser, a scenic sunrise gives you pleasure for the whole day. The mesmerizing moonlight during full moon will make your evening more romantic. Don't hesitate to bring elderly, or infants and toddlers. This house is wheelchair accessible.

This house is fully furnished and well equipped and can accommodate 8 people. Both houses together can accommodate at least 20 people.
