This property offers a unobstructed view of the most beautiful parts of South Padre Island and minimal light pollution at night. A truly memorable place to stay.

Only a 5 minute walk to the beach, sit on the balcony listen to the waves crashing on the beach while taking in the breath taking views.

Full access to a large swimming pool, hot tub and BBQ area.

This cozy space features a king bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. Guests can enjoy WiFi, AC, and spectrum tv streaming during their stay. With a convenient location and comfortable amenities, this welcoming property is the perfect home base for your South Padre Island getaway. Enjoy your time in South Padre Island at our lovely ocean view condo and watch the next SpaceX Launch from your private balcony.

Stays of a week or more receive a 10% discount.
Stays of one month receive a 20% discount and and a bi-weekly light house keeping service. This includes cleaned sheets, towels, light cleaning, etc.

Absolutely no pets.
No persons under the age of 23.

Resort features include a large pool with maximum 4-foot depth, two hot tubs, poolside facilities, a tennis court, and boat parking (reserve spot two weeks before arrival). Follow the directions to Beach Access and walk through the parking lot to reach the beach access between Holiday Inn and Sapphire.

Resort Fee: March 1st to 24th: All guests must provide a picture identification. Wristbands per guest is $40 (cash only), required for all stays from March 1st to March 24th.

Excellent for a longer stay.

I travel frequently for work, often in 2-3 week chunks of time. This place was fantastic for my purposes. The kitchen was well stocked, and I never needed a tool I couldn't find. The bathroom was clean and modern. The AC blew cold, and the view was incredible. From the Gulf to the lagoon, the aerostat, the cut, Starbase, and the launch towers, I was never bored and spent many hours enjoying the surroundings from the comfort of a temperature controlled condo. There is ample parking and the beach is just a quick walk away. For my purposes, it was the perfect spot.

Nice Surprise

We loved going to the beach later in the day because the sand isn’t as hot and won’t burn your feet. At about 6:45pm the sun would go behind the Sapphire high rise and we could chill on the beach without the sun glaring down on us. Some days we would stay out on the beach until 11:30 at night just taking in the waves and the stars. It’s a close 5 minute walk from Condo to sand through the Holiday Inn parking lot. I got lucky one night a little bit after 11pm I was looking out into the ocean looking at the stars above and all of a sudden the sky lit up like it was day time and looked behind me to see where the light was coming from and I heard a loud boom and then it was dark again. Had no idea what it was until a couple of days later I saw a clip of Good Morning America stating that there was an explosion at Space X. Would definitely come back to stay at this rental. Nicely decorated and they had all the kitchen appliances you ever need and I noticed they even had a blow dryer and other long hair appliances under the sink in the bathroom.
