Great location, the house was clean and beautiful and plenty space for my family! We really enjoyed staying here, it was nice having the ability to walk to the beaches and pools as well as shops and restaurants!

We had an amazing trip while staying at Fun and Games. Laurie is wonderful and a very responsive host. The house is amazing and very clean. We loved the community amenities as well between the 2 pools, quick walk to the beautiful beach and the location was perfect to bike to nearby towns and state parks and restaurants. We had a great time! We have stayed in other properties on the same street and would definitely choose this one to come back to. It was very clean and a short walk to the beach, neighborhood pools and restaurants. We enjoyed the Wednesday market and appreciated the information about that!

We stayed at Fun and Games from 9/13 - 9/18 and couldn't have asked for a better experience. The house is spotless, quiet, close to the beach, and spacious which gave our family of 4 adults and 1 toddler plenty of individual room to gather together or have quiet time alone. We spent most of our time on the generous front porch, and even on the most humid day, the porch was very comfortable due to the shade of the landscaping and ceiling fan. We lived in the house very comfortably together, and even when we were all in the kitchen at one time we had plenty of room to move around each other. The house is beautifully decorated, has very comfortable furniture and bedding, updated kitchen and bathrooms, and is well stocked with games (which we loved). Laurie was extremely responsive to all of my questions, provided excellent check-in and check-out instructions, and great restaurant recommendations. Beach access is nearby, about a 5 minute leisurely walk, and we found it so easy to come and go. We used the pool only once, but it was clean and well maintained. We walked over to Greenway Station for ice cream and pizza, and drove just a few minutes to the shops in Seaside, Since we visited in the off season, nothing felt overcrowded and the weather wasn't stifling so we were able to stay on the beach most of the day. We had one of the most relaxing weeks at Fun and Games; 10/10 recommend it to anyone wanting a homey atmosphere plus a relaxing beach trip.

It was amazing! We have been coming to 30A for three years and this by far was our favorite hoise. Laurie was so responsive, the house was decorated so nicely and it was a really nice quiet street. You were within a 5 minute walk to coffee, ice cream and the best gourmet butcher shop I've ever had. I would go back in a second and strongly suggest this house to anyone that asked.

Fun and Games is in a great neighborhood in a great location - not a far walk to the beach and very close to great stores/restaurants! This house has been updated and was the perfect size for our family of three. It was very clean and had all the necessities we needed. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Summer Fun

Great house that is conveniently located to numerous restaurants and a short easy walk to the beach. We enjoyed every aspect of our time at Fun and Games. The house is well appointed and super clean. Beautiful street with quiet neighbors.

Fun and Games met our expectations! Home was inviting and had everything we needed.

Family Reunion Trip

This house is absolutely beautiful and has everything needed for a wonderful vacation. All of the furnishings are extremely nice and the house is so clean! My family was very impressed with this rental and the owners are very kind and responsive.

Wonderful Family Home

The home was absolutely perfect for my family of five—three teenagers aged 19, 19, and 17. It was a short walk to the beach and even closer to coffee shops, dining options, and ice cream. I would highly recommend and we will be booking our next beach trip stay at this home.

Great Stay at Seagrove

We normally stay in Ft. Walton, but we will now stay in Seagrove because of this great trip! The house was beautiful on the inside, and the street was very quiet and family-friendly. Easy bike ride to Seaside !
