We contacted the owner to see if we could do check-in about 30 minutes early and was informed the house cleaner walked out in the middle of the job so he wasn't sure we'd be able to check-in at the normal time. I asked to see what all needed to be done and we could work something out, and I would do it myself. Master bath toilet wasnt working for the first day He took a long time to respond to text messages. But the house was fine. We did have to buy laundry soap to wash the sheets and towels prior to checkout. Kitchen was nicely stocked.

Disappointed

House cleaner arrived at check in and finished cleaning in 20 mins while we waited to access the house. Bed sheets on every bed, bathrooms, freezer and fridge were filthy. Had to go and spend my personal money to purchase cleaning supplies. I informed the owner of this, and he did provide me with the code to access the cleaning supplies and sheets. When I opened the closet, there were no sanitation supplies. I am baffled and disappointed that I was charged a cleaning fee but I was the cleaner and purchased the laundry soap to clean the dirty sheets. The cleaning fee should have been deducted.
