Lovely and light 2 bedroom duplex apartment with fantastic Mont Blanc views, just 300m from the foot of the Aiguille du Midi in the centre of Chamonix.

The ground floor showcases a floor to ceiling glass fronted living area, leading directly onto a private terrace with breathtaking views of Mont Blanc. There is an open-plan dining/living area with a comfortable sofa and dining, complemented by a fully equipped kitchen.

The upper level has 2 bedrooms and 1 fully equipped shower-room with toilet. The 1st bedroom has a large double bed with spectacular views of the Mont Blanc through its floor to ceiling glass front and the 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds, (sleeping 4 people in total).

The apartment has a free private parking place for 1 car, a cellar/ski locker, and complimentary Wi-Fi.

Bed linen and towels are provided.

The generous private south facing terrace provides ample room for outdoor dining and BBQs with stunning views of Mont Blanc and the Aiguille du Midi in the background. Children can play safely in the confines of the terrace.

The pedestrian centre of Chamonix, is literally on the doorstep and filled with shops and restaurants.

The main train line and ski shuttle-bus station, accessing all the ski domains are a few minutes walk away.
