Strip any used beds, gather used towels, and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash

Wonderful property, wonderful property manager!

I booked this trip for ny family so that I could go down to spend time with some friends and my family could have a little get away, it’s in a nice area and is a cozy little place right in town. Definitely highly recommend and will consider this property again when traveling to the area

This lady called me back to tell me that her guest extended her stay smd i needed ti find other accommodations after I'd already left for my trip. She did refund me but it took a week to get refunded.....what if I needed my money on my trip. Bad experience

You forgot the part where I gave you the option to cancel your stay the same day you booked. I did refund you not just your $133 but $200 so you can find other accommodations for that one day because you choose to stay after I gave you the option to cancel. Your refund took a long time because you paid for your trip with affirm. In the future don’t go on a trip if the funds were not available. I have was more than kind to you and then you ask me to extended your stay three extra days for free as if I owed you. When you’re writing a review try not to leave these things out just to make someone’s business look bad. This is my livelihood and I was more than accommodating to you.
