Modern clean comfortable unit. Roomy with nice appliances and aesthetics. Location convenient to village and mid town and all transportation. Neighborhood at night a bit gritty and the building itself unattractive but fine for a short trip and for the price.

Good location. The address is wrong on the listing which proved a hassle with the transport. The pictures certainly make the apartment look a lot more attractive than what it actually is. It felt like you were living in a box room with very little natural light and very little space. The positive was that we didn’t have to spend a lot of time as we were always busy.

Amazing location, great stay.

Overall stay was great. Host was very accommodating with the check in and throughout our stay, was in great communication. Apartment was very clean and my friend and I enjoyed our stay. Would book again!!

Host is fantastic and very accommodating. We were able to check in quite a bit earlier than the posted time. Communication was excellent. The apartment was very clean and welcoming. I’ll book again next time I’m in NYC. Loved staying here and feeling like I lived in New York rather than getting a hotel.

Great location and great stay- though some surprises. The host didn’t communicate until the day of check in, but then the check in process was clear. No pics of kitchen and bath, but they are nicely renovated, even if small. But that’s to be expected. I’d definitely stay there again.

Living the dream in NYC

I had classes in NYC this week and this apt was a 7 min walk in Chelsea. It was a perfect location to Chelsea MKT and Time sq. I walked everywhere. Great groceries and, fruit tables along woth restaurants and cafes. The apt. Was quiet and and so cute and clean.

The check-in process is terrible, and the property manager was completely useless. The unit itself was fine and has a good location. The futon is terrible to sleep on, so if you're planning to use that, beware. The lock does not work properly, which I complained about multiple times, and I was told that it works perfectly. I took a video of myself turning the lock in complete circles, and it would not open.

The location is wonderful and the apartment was very clean and quite quiet. The futon is very uncomfortable and not suitable for an adult to use. It is listed as sleeping 5. That’s a big stretch. Communication is very delayed until right before check in. The host was good at responding after that.
