4-bedroom, 2-bathroom house in the countryside. 25 minutes from downtown Ottawa.

Fully equipped kitchen, bedding, towels, basic kitchen items, soaps, etc.

Plenty of space in the basement for kids to play.

Many shops are accessible within a 3-minute drive or 15-minute walk. There is a grocery store (Marché Richelieu), a La Trappe à Fromage cheese shop, restaurants (Tim Hortons, Subway, Papa Pizza), an ice cream shop in the summer (in the Marché Richelieu building), an auto repair shop, a hardware store (Rona), a library, a CLSC, a veterinary clinic, and more. A few kilometers towards Gatineau, you will find a fast food restaurant (during the summer).

The Transcollines bus stop is 800 meters from the house.

There is an arena in the village of Perkins, and indoor skating is available at certain times of the year. A children`s playground is accessible when there is no snow (about a 4-minute drive).

Canoes and kayaks (including life jackets) can be rented at Lake Mc Gregor at the Pélissier Ecological Park. You can also access the boat launch ramp for your motorboat for a fee (about a 13-minute drive).

A public beach is accessible at the municipal beach on Lake St. Pierre (about an 18-minute drive).

The Nakkertok North site offers cross-country skiing and snowshoeing trails in winter and hiking trails in summer. Please note that dogs are only allowed on one ski trail in winter (about a 14-minute drive). Hiking trails are also available at Denholm Falls Park (about a 33-minute drive).

Access to Gatineau Park via the Chelsea Visitor Center is about a 30-minute drive.

Alpine ski centers are available about a 30-minute drive away (Sommet Edelweiss in Wakefield, Mont Cascade).

During the summer, the Mont Cascade water park is about a 30-minute drive away.

Le Sorcier Golf Club is a 10-minute drive away.

Caverne Laflèche by Arbraska offers tree-to-tree courses and cave tours about a 23-minute drive away.

The Promenades Gatineau shopping center is about a 21-minute drive away.

Downtown Ottawa is about a 25-minute drive away.

Every year, Val-des-Monts hosts a country music festival. Check the municipality`s website for dates and artists.
