The location was perfect and the view from the balcony was beautiful. The unit was very clean and included everything you need for a family getaway. It was so quiet and peaceful and we appreciated that the entire building was non-smoking. I hope we return soon— we loved our stay!

Great spot

Loved the location and the condo. Condo was nice, clean and comfortable! The walk to the beach was not a problem and we enjoyed the balcony overlooking the bay. The location was nice because this area is not as busy as the north end. Cortez area was really nice being able to park right at the beach! No elevator was hard with luggage and groceries but once all the was in the condo it wasn’t bad BUT was hard for my 86 yr old mom so keep that in mind. She managed but was pretty wore out by the end of the week! We kept all beach stuff in the trunk of the car so we didn’t have to carry it up and down the stairs every day.

Great Location

We needed a two-night stay before our week long vacation in Long Boat Key. Great property and location. Easy walking distance to restaurants/bars. Extremely clean! Loved the quiet mornings and evenings on the balcony. Quick walk across the street for beach access. Would definitely stay here again. One side note: condo is only accessible by stairs, no elevator.

Comfortable and clean

Clean, comfortable apartment. Great location. Kitchen was well equipped. Clean, modern bathrooms. Covered parking was a plus. Amazing view of the bay, especially at sunrise. Excellent communication from hosts. Well stocked with towels. This was the best place we have stayed at for the last few years we have been visiting the island. Perfect for family of 4. My girls loved the place.We will come back here if we visit again.

Bradenton Beach

Communication was the best! Response was immediate and constantly checked in to make sure we didn’t need anything. Best equipped kitchen I have ever stayed in and I am a gourmet cook. Beautiful view from balcony. Convenient location. We will definitely be back.

Short vacay after vball tourney

Condo was very nice and updated. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need and nice appliances as well. Lots of beach accessories available (umbrellas/chairs/s and toys/etc). Communcation was great with texts/emails containing condo info. Easy walk to beach and nice view of the bay. Would highly recommend!. .

We had an amazing time staying in B5. The views were amazing, the beach was right across the street, and the place was clean and well-stocked. We absolutely that it had beach chairs and 2 beach umbrellas along with fishing gear. We are already planning our stay for next year, if not before then.

We loved the proximity to the water, comfortable furniture, loads of sleeping options and clean accommodation. When we had difficulty with one of the small appliances, the property manager had a new one delivered.

Wonderful Stay in Baywatch Condo

The Condo was as described. Clean and in great condition. Easy walk to the beach and we enjoyed the sunrise from the back deck . Overall we had a very relaxing and comfortable vacation. I would stay at the Cond again.

Perfect little getaway

We have been to Anna Maria Island several times, but this was one of our favorite rentals in terms of location. The condo was also extremely clean and very nice with everything you could possibly need. More than enough space for 4 adults and a young child. We hope to be back very soon!

Fantastic Condo!!!

This condo was beautiful and had all of the amenities we needed. Great location, nice pool and beautiful view of the bay from the rear balcony. Terry was very helpful and a pleasure to work with. We will definitely be staying at one of his properties in the future.

Lovely views

The property was well equipped and close to all amenities. The beaches are beautiful and the pool was lovely. The deck chairs need replacing and need umbrellas for the tables. Otherwise a lovely stay.

Great view and location

We have family in Bradenton and have stayed in the area several times. The Condo was very clean. The view from the balcony was beautiful and relaxing. Just a short walk to the beach and restaurants. Beach towels, chairs and umbrellas very convenient. Would rent again.

Perfect location- can’t wait to book this place again!

This was an outstanding location. Exceptionally clean, great location overlooking the bay, 500 steps to the beach. Great amenities, including beach chairs and toys for the kids, well stocked kitchen, and even extra soft blankets for cuddling on the couch. It’s up 2 flights of stairs, but the balcony provided us with manatee viewing. We will try to book again next year!

Beautiful view!

It was perfect for our needs. It fit 3 adults and one child perfectly. We really enjoyed the view from the balcony. Easy walk to the beach. It’s a little hard to find, so make sure and read the detailed directions.

The pool is great. The condo is beautiful with great bathrooms. Everything we needed was there for us. Definately will be coming back. Spent so much time on the balcony enjoying the great weather and view.
