Everything was great except if your retired do not stay on the top floors as there is no elevators. We had a lot of luggage and had to make several trips to the top floor which was several flights of stairs.

Condo was extremely clean and as promised. When we had an issue with the beach storage facility lock, help came quickly. Definitely would book there again.

Nice clean condo with views of the bay. Close to the beaches. Only complaint is the wind howls through the front door. We lifted the rug up near the front door to stop the sound. Ceiling fan worked intermittently in the bedroom. The Condo has a starter pack so buy extra toilet paper, paper towels etc. overall nice place!!!

The location was perfect and the view from the balcony was beautiful. The unit was very clean and included everything you need for a family getaway. It was so quiet and peaceful and we appreciated that the entire building was non-smoking. I hope we return soon— we loved our stay!

Amazing vacation

I can’t say enough good things about this condo. Great location-less than a minute walk across the street to the beach. Pool was heated, condo was clean and had sand toys, beach chairs, and beach towels provided. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The condo was exactly as described. It was very clean, furniture beautiful, amenities (extra towels, chairs, umbrellas, gift box for bath and fully stocked kitchen among others) and the exceptional view. We enjoyed coffee at sunrise watching the dolphins and at night it was quiet and peaceful with the sounds of fish jumping in the water. Short walk to a private beach. Also a block from 2 restaurants and a short walk to Bridge Street. Will definitely be back!

Wonderful Stay in Baywatch Condo

The Condo was as described. Clean and in great condition. Easy walk to the beach and we enjoyed the sunrise from the back deck . Overall we had a very relaxing and comfortable vacation. I would stay at the Cond again.

Beautiful Location, Comfortable & Clean

We loved the proximity to the water, comfortable furniture, loads of sleeping options and clean accommodation. When we had difficulty with one of the small appliances, the property manager had a new one delivered.

Great Location

We needed a two-night stay before our week long vacation in Long Boat Key. Great property and location. Easy walking distance to restaurants/bars. Extremely clean! Loved the quiet mornings and evenings on the balcony. Quick walk across the street for beach access. Would definitely stay here again. One side note: condo is only accessible by stairs, no elevator.

Fantastic Condo!!!

This condo was beautiful and had all of the amenities we needed. Great location, nice pool and beautiful view of the bay from the rear balcony. Terry was very helpful and a pleasure to work with. We will definitely be staying at one of his properties in the future.
