This quaint property is part of 4 units featuring 2 king beds, a cozy living room with an additional queen bed pull-out, and 2 bathrooms. "St. John" comes with a beach cart, beach umbrella, 4 beach chairs (2 high and 2 low) and 6 beach towels for the short walk to the Anna Maria Island beach access.

You will enjoy the serene atmosphere and modern amenities like AC, WiFi, and a washing machine. Our location is within walking distance to plenty of amazing local restaurants and attractions with a free trolly stop just a few blocks away to get you anywhere you need to go. If you are looking to add more family/friends these private villas-please inquire on the availability of the other 3 units. A grill and on site parking offered.

Great property! Close to the beach and restaurants. We took the free trolley one day and then rented a golf cart for the other. Really fun way to get around the island. The condo has everything we needed.

I was a little disappointed when I realized I booked a place without a pool, however, the condo was very nice. It has a large well equipped kitchen. There was plenty of space for our family of four. The beach was very close and easy to get to. It is a beautiful area. There is a coffee shop within walking distance. Plenty of restaurants nearby. We didn’t use the trolley because it was easier to hop in the car and drive or walk.The host was responsive and answered all of our questions. He also provided ideas of where to go.I would stay again. Hopefully for longer next time!

We have 2 other PRIVATE POOL Villas to chose from- however at a higher rate, St. Maarten and St. Barth Villa. We will check our description and make sure it is more clear. Our stay was wonderful. The villa is beautiful, spotless, well equipped and very well maintained. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach and close to everything we needed. The tropical courtyard made it feel relaxing and private. The hosts were incredibly responsive, kind, and helpful throughout our stay. We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely stay again.

Everything was excellent. Easy check-in and checkout. Stephan was quick to respond to any questions we had. Very clean. It was listed with 4 beach chairs just an fyi…it is 2 nice tall beach chairs and 2 camping style chairs. Would stay again.

The Saints vacation homes complex was an absolute gem! The location is a very short few minutes walk to the beach, the host is friendly and checks in to make sure things are going well, the home was updated,clean and well equipped with all the cooking and beach necessities you need. The unit worked extremely well for our family of 5.

Stephan’s place is great! Super close to the beach and some cute restaurants. Went for a girls trip and would definitely stay again. Stephan was super responsive and accommodating. I might consider renting a golf cart next time, especially if traveling as a family, as the free trolly that can take you up and down the island wasn’t super on time but if you happened to catch it, it was a great option!! Thanks for a great time! We will all definitely be back!

House is cute and well stocked. Beds are comfortable. Stephen was very accommodating. We arrived early and he allowed us to store our bags in the house while it was being cleaned. He gave us recommendations for where to eat. He was very fast about communicating with us. My daughter needed a shower chair due to a disability and he had one for us. Allowed us to store our bags after check out. Great location - 2 blocks from the beach. Definitely recommend!
