Come enjoy this beautifully sunny, one of a kind loft in East Williamsburg, Brooklyn for the upcoming holidays.
This is a temporary sublet available Dec, 16th 2024 - Jan, 12th 2025.
Open to renting by the week or the majority of the duration preferably.
Sitting 1 block from the L-Train, it features a wall of south-facing windrows, a fully stocked kitchen, and a double couch living area.
It has a dedicated workspace with a 32” monitor if you’d like to use it.
Conveniently located on the 2nd floor, no elevator building.
Includes:
- Heat / AC + super fast 600mbps wifi
- Fully stocked kitchen with Breville espresso machine
- A 80” TV (not pictured, we keep it in the closet)
- A library full of art, design, and other great books
- An additional queen air-mattress if needed
- A dedicated workspace
- A new Jolie showerhead
