Roselyn and her travel mate were great in every way except that they checked out an hour and a half late. She said she had an unexpected emergency to deal with. As a result my cleaner was not able to clean in her 3-hour cleaning window in between back-to-back guests. I had to turn my next guest away for a night because we couldn't get the home turned over in time. Obviously this was not a good look for me as a host and it cost me a night of revenue as well.

Perfect

The property is in a very private location, has a very large parking lot and has everything you need. It is a very comfortable and clean place. This will be my place for future trips. The owner was very friendly.

Robert was a great host!

This place is perfect for a small family or a single person. Looked exactly what the images showed. Very clean and stocked. It had a large variety of kitchen ingredients and coffee! The only thing missing was sugar, but that did not stop us from enjoying a delicious cup of coffee. Will look to stay here again when visiting Pasadena.

Maria was only our second guest ever and the house wasn't fully set up at the time. We appreciate the feedback so we now have added a whole coffee station with all of the things a guest might want. We would love to host Maria on her next return to the area.
