Those are features many of our guests appreciate, especially during longer or medically related stays. At the same time, we sincerely appreciate the constructive feedback you provided. We’re sorry to hear that some of the in-home amenities did not fully meet expectations. Your comments regarding the condition of the pots, pans, and dishes have been shared with our housekeeping and inventory teams so we can refresh those items where needed. Regarding the check-in process, we understand that the building’s digital access system can feel more involved than traditional key entry. The property uses a secure access platform that requires the PDK app for building and amenity access, which helps maintain safety for all residents and guests. That said, we recognize that this can be challenging for guests who are less comfortable with technology, and your feedback is helpful as we continue improving how we communicate and guide guests through the process. We also appreciate you mentioning the walking distance from the garage and the sleeping arrangements. We try to be transparent about these details in the listing so guests can determine whether the property is the right fit for their needs, especially for those recovering from medical procedures. Lastly, we’re very sorry about the odor you encountered in the hallways. While the building has a strict no-smoking policy, hallway conditions are managed by the building management team.
