This listing is for the upstairs guesthouse of a two story home. The upstairs guesthouse has its own separate entry. The entry is through the back yard metal gate. There is a door within the gate. Once the reservation is confirmed you will receive the key code(s) for entry. Once inside the backyard of the property you will proceed up the stairs to the guesthouse which is 800 sq ft with full kitchen, one bedroom with king bed, full bathroom with tub/shower and living room. Parking is on the street alongside the metal gate.
