The property is located in the sought for condominium complex of Coco Sunset Hills which is located in Playas del Coco, Urbinacion de Las Palmas. We are located just 2 blocks from restaurants, coffee cafes, market, small businesses. The condo complex boasts a gaited entrance with security guards 24/7. We are a 5 minute walk down a pathway to the beach.
There are six beautiful sparkling pools throughout the complex with one only steps behind our back porch area (see photo). Parking for one car very close to our back porch. Parking requires a plaque for entrance and parking. There are retractable sun shades on both upper and lower balconies with patio furniture, a hammock, small tabletop BBQ, and an e-bike for rent if desired.
