This spacious villa includes 2 bedrooms, 2 lofts, 2 bathrooms, living room, fully equipped kitchen, pool deck and private pool. Your dream getaway awaits! There are developments in Mahogany Bay, therefore rates are auto adjusted. Guests do not have access to the Hilton`s Resort private beach club, gym nor the pool. However, we have our very own POOLCLUB with a restaurant and bar. You simply show our key chain, and you will get an exclusive 10% discount. Ambergris Caye may have power outages during busy times. They`re short but may happen during your stay. Thanks for understanding!

Any new bookings received as of April 1, 2026, we offer 1 inclusive roundtrip speed boat shuttle experience for each group staying a minimum of three nights. Upon arrival, each guest shall receive a complimentary drink and 10% Food and Beverage discount as a warm welcome at Mistico Beach Club. Villa at Mahogany Bay

When arriving at the property there was a little confusion on where to check in because the check in booth had recently moved. A quick message and our taxi driver we were able to contact hostess. The villa we stayed in was absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed! This particular villa was in the area of a lot of construction so we didn’t really have any neighbors but the construction didn’t bother us at all. The 2 king beds were very comfortable! The lofts were not easy to get to for us adults but I’m sure kids would like them. We were able to rent a golf cart very easily and the stores on the property were very convenient for some groceries and bug spray. We truly enjoyed our stay!

The Mosquito House

Nowhere was it mentioned that the 2 ladders to the 2 separate lofts were about 10 feet. We were lucky because the kids, ages 8, 11 & 14 years old loved it. A chair on the patio was broken and the agent said she would come and retreive it. She did not. The last two nights the mosquitoes were terrible. The rental is in the middle of a construction site and they start work at 8:00 am. This was submitted by the Grandmother, Susan P. Durnan.
