Very clean and modern

I had a great time with my husband, mother and father. The property is very clean and a short walk to the beach. Jose and Juanita ( people who keep the property and help you with anything you need) are amazing. Gracia is also very communicative and accommodating. They’re super sweet and very helpful. I would definitely stay here again.!

During our recent trip to the Modern Apartment Costa Del Sol, other individuals arrived at the same time as us also claiming to have reserved the apartment. After discussions with the gentleman who was there to greet us and calls to the host, it was determined that the rental was double booked. So, the check-in and communications process apparently failed. However, the redeeming feature was that the host found us another place to stay which was very nice. Although the new place was not as close to the beach, I would say the accommodation equal or exceeding that of the Modern Apartment Costa Del Sol. It is unfortunate the double booking problem occurred, but much thanks to the host, Gracia Maria, for not leaving us stranded.

The apartment is very nice and clean, but it doesn’t have hot water and it has the last stair on the first floor is dangerous, two of us tripped on it. Jose the guy in charge is very nice and helpful, so is the manager. It is difficult to get there since it doesn’t have directions or a sign. I’ll recommend to give directions to the people and Jose’s phone number to guide.
