Wonderful stay

We traveled to Hilton Head for our niece’s wedding and stayed at your house for 5 nights. Everything was wonderful. The kitchen was well stocked, our grown kids enjoyed your pool and bikes. We saw a large alligator near your dock on the lagoon, which was a lot of fun. We loved our stay and hope to come again one day.

Loved the property and neighborhood

Great house with lots of room! Loved the community it is in. Definitely a little bit of a haul to the beach on foot when you have an infant but the Dune Buggy was amazing and a great service!

Great Family Vacation

Our family definitely enjoyed our stay at 67 Port Tack. We had everything we needed including a fully stocked kitchen. The pool was a big hit with the two toddlers and chilling out at the pool and spa was fun for the adults. Location was very convenient to everything we wanted to do. Communication with rental manager was great as well.

Family Vacation

Had a great time with our family and family friends. Was able to relax by the pool when we weren't hitting the beach and room to spread out and relax in the house. Located in a great safe community.

Weekend in Paradise!

Where do I begin! We had an amazing weekend at 67 Port Tack. The house is clean and in an amazing location! So much to do in Palmetto Dunes alone and amazing family spot for family vacations. The locals are so friendly and it’s not a matter of if, it’s a matter of when we’ll return! Can’t thank the Hosts enough for everything over the weekend! Definitely recommend to any future renters. You will not be disappointed!

Get ready for a great vacation!

67 Port Tack has everything you need for a great vacation. Beautiful bike ride to the beach. Newly renovated. Fully stocked kitchen. Private pool. Room for everyone. The ice machine is a game changer! We really enjoyed our week in the beautiful home.

Great home in Palmetto Dunes

My family thorighly enjoyed our vacation at this superb home. The location is perfectly situated close to the beach (and Coco's), as well as a quick bike ride to the shops across the street (going out the back service entrance we found). The home is in great condition, plenty of space, and the pool/hot-tub is amazing! We will be back, can't wait!

We really loved our stay!

I can’t think of one negative thing to say about this property. We loved everything about it. The location, the cleanliness, the proximity to the beach and so much more. We would love to stay again and would not hesitate booking this property. It’s a comfortable place to enjoy family time. The bikes were a nice perk, along with the pool. If you’re thinking about staying here, do it! You won’t regret it!

Wow! What a house! What a host! What a vacation! The house is in excellent shape and has every amenity. Even a separate ice maker-awesome at the beach!. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. There is plenty of space to socialize and to sleep any combination of guests. We thoroughly enjoyed the deck and pool area and spent a lot of time outside. I had some issues getting communication but that was because my Outlook was hacked the week prior. Stephen worked diligently to get me all the info I needed and check in was be re y smooth. Honestly, zero complaints from our family of 5. Hope this helps.

Great Home - Palmetto Dunes

Wife and I got to visit HHI and this home in Palmetto Dunes. Location was great. We visited over Thanksgiving and heated pool and hot tub/spa was great. To have a mid-sized house with these amenities is rare. They have bikes and other rec items available to use. The house had plenty of room for children to join us on the next visit. We rode bikes to beach which is not far away. All was clean and management was very responsive to work with in getting all setup. Would recommend for anyone looking for a great place to have more room with all amenities of your home. Will plan to stay again.

Great Spring Break stay

We rented 67 Port Tack for a family spring break trip and loved everything about the home, neighborhood and location. First, the home is updated and well maintained. The backyard is serene and relaxing. The neighborhood (Palmetto Dunes) is perfect for families with children. Plenty of bike paths and activities to do with mature, tree lined streets. We really enjoyed the feel of the community and our kids loved it. Location wise, although we did not choose the property for this purpose, it is centrally located on the island so everything you'd want to do is less than a 20 minute drive away. This turned out to be very convenient in the evenings when driving to dinner in the traffic. Would absolutely consider staying at this home again.

Wonderful property!

One of the nicest places I have stayed at. This home has privacy and is in a quiet neighborhood. No problems with cleanliness. We enjoyed the alligators and herons in the lagoon. The bicycles were in great condition. I give location 4 stars-it was a mile to the beach, a bit far to walk, and the general store and tennis courts were almost two miles away but the bike ride down to the beach was only five minutes and I rode my bike to the beach and took a plunge in the Atlantic every morning. Management was responsive to questions/concerns. We rarely stay at the same place twice but will probably try to grab this place next time we visit HH. One note-the hot tub costs 25 dollars daily to heat and is contiguous with the pool which costs 125 dollars daily. Save money and only have the hot tub heated as there is no need to heat both. Great experience and we highly recommend.

Great place for family of 6

We had a great stay in Palmetto Dunes to attend a beach wedding. This property was overall a great place for our family, which consisted of my husband and me, three adult kids and two more adults. Best part of this home is the kitchen and adjacent dining and porch. The dining area accommodated all 7 of our family easily - perfect space for morning breakfasts. The separate smaller table in the kitchen and table porch were great quieter places for some of us to work on our laptops during our stay. We used the spa and it was very nice - heated up quickly and was easy to operate. The four bikes were convenient and we used to ride down to the beach. The washer and dryer worked great. Beds were generally comfortable. My husband and I slept in Master, two other adults in 2nd room with King, one adult in each of the Double beds in 3rd bedroom, and 1 adult on the Sofa. We requested extra bedding to set up a bed on sofa, and it was delivered quickly. Kitchen was great - loved that the oven had convection! Great and plenty of dishes available, both cooking and serving. Only thing I would have expected was some very basic seasonings. We made breakfasts in the home during our stay, and purchased all needed ingredients from nearby grocery - but were surprised to not even find salt and pepper in the cupboards, which we generally are used to when we rent a full house. Overall a very nice home in a lovely resort.

Amazing home!

This vacation was truly amazing. We had 6 adults and 2 kids stay at this house and it was the perfect size. Everything was cozy and the views were so good. Our morning walks were joined by a ton of deer! The pool was the perfect cool off on those hot SC days! The beach was about a mile walk and was so peaceful (private beach)! Highly recommend our stay!! We will be back!

home away from home

We have stayed at 67 Port Tack for about 8 years for our family vacation. The recent renovation added a much-needed bedroom for our growing family. We enjoy the private pool and hot tub as well as the screened-in porch. The neighborhood is super for bike-riding - not having to battle the congestion of sidewalks and car traffic. A general store visit requires a vehicle now, as opposed to the closer condos. Beach access is a bike-ride away unless you have several items in tow (e.g. coolers, numerous chairs, umbrellas, bags of towels/toys/etc).

Spring Break Getaway

it was a perfect spring break getaway. The property is well stocked and the option to heat the pool was much appreciated for our March trip. only 10 minute bike ride to the beach, even with small children. the area around the home is quiet and everything about the home was very well thought out. we all enjoyed our time there and would love to return.

Awesome Location

We have been coming to Hilton Head for many years, this is the first time staying on Port Tack. Beautiful home and location. Lots of wildlife to enjoy while enjoying your morning coffee. Easy and fun bike ride or walk to the beach. We will definitely return next year!

Another awesome stay in Palmetto Dunes

This is our 3rd vacation in Palmetto Dunes. We have rented 3 different houses for our trips to HHI and this house was great. In a very quiet and peaceful location in the neighborhood. Great lagoon view, nice poolside relaxation, bikes in the garage, and an awesome screened in porch area. We love Palmetto Dunes and we loved this house. Our kids (19 and 21) really enjoyed it too. This is our 2nd house rental from Peter and we will certainly rent from him again in the future. I would love to retire to HHI someday, and our experiences in Palmetto Dunes have certainly contributed to this goal. Thanks for the memories!!!

Great Stay

This home was outstanding in every way. Better than photos and description. Has all amenities you could want, 5 bikes are a nice addition as the island and resort are very bike friendly - this became our preferred transportation. Beach is 1 mile away by bike. House is set on a quiet street and we found Palmetto Dunes to be the nicest area on the Island. You can't go wrong with this place.

Great trip

We enjoyed the house. It was just as advertised. We had two college juniors with us and they liked the pool and being able to bike to the beach with the included bikes. Overall it was a great week and a perfect fit for our family.

Excellent Spring Break
