Held a reunion with 17 USAF veterans for a golf weekend and couldn't have been happier with the house, location and the well stocked kitchen. David was an excellent communicator and the house is in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of parking.

Nice place with plenty of room inside and out. The pool table and ping-pong were a big hit. It was a great location for going out on walks, playing outdoor games, close to stores ect but in a quiet neighborhood. Dave was a great host. Definitely consider staying at Dave’s fun house if you are in the area.

Great family time

The house is roomy and very comfortable. The neighborhood was perfect. The big deck and yard that flows into the school yard provided a perfect place for the six children to be entertained..Many memories were made.

David is very nice and willing to help with any needs, he lives in the garage attached to the kitchen, so there are quiet hours from 11pm to 6am, which we didn't know and come to find out is listed in the check out instructions instead of the listing itself. Make sure to read all information That was a disappointment because we spent most of the days in Nashville and then weren't able to use the pool and ping pong table as much as we would have liked. There is not an arcade, and the "gym" is an elliptical machine from the 90's that is right next to the ping pong table. There are a lot of beds, which are listed. Just make sure if you are bringing a lot of people you realize the sleeping areas. The master room has a queen bed, two sets of bunk beds and another queen in the closet. Another room has three queen beds. There are beds everywhere. Also, make sure to bring slippers or indoor shoes because there are no shoes allowed inside the home.

Fun Family Time

Our family of 24 stayed comfortably here in July. The older kids loved the game room and we loved the spaciousness of the house and plenty of room to spread out.

Great family getaway

This house was perfect for our family of 16 . I especially appreciated the large table for all of us to eat together. We had plenty of room, a huge deck and a great outdoor space behind the house with swings, play equipment and room for kickball. Lots of restaurants, shops and walking trails nearby to enjoy.

Great place for a large group

Stayed here for my daughter’s wedding along with her side of the wedding party. Plenty of room for bridal shower. Convenient to stores in a nice neighborhood. Enjoyed watching the chickens next door from the back deck.
