Clean, easy access to everything! Garage is great to just park and walk!! We loved the entire visit! Great Mexican right next door and whiskey row and Nulu easily walking distance. We will stay here everytime we’re in Louisville

It was perfect for our needs and the location was a plus. The building was quite and we felt secure entering and exiting. The garage parking was great. We would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was amazing and we will definitely return. Space was beautifully decorated and had all the essentials. We cooked all our meals and the kitchen had everything i needed. The highlight of our stay was the Muhammad Ali museum which was in walking distance. We did yoga at waterford Park only 8 mins away. Covered garage was a plus! Grade A for this property and the host.

We had a great stay, host were super easy to get a hold of. The loft was super clean and the location was walking distance to 4th street and Whiskey Row. The parking was a great perk too. Would definitely stay here again.

This loft is amazing and in a perfect location by 4th Street Live, a short walk to Whiskey Row and a little farther down (easily walkable) is the NULU district with great bars, Bourbon and restaurants. The host was fantastic throughout our stay. The loft is so cozy and comfortable. Next time we are in Louisville this is our go to place to stay.

It was just the perfect loft for us--attractive, comfortable, and everything we needed in a convenient location. It was so great to have our own mini garage just for our car--I wish that set-up was more common! Great, but short, stay!

This studio apartment was the perfect spot for a few nights in Louisville. The location is very walkable to Whiskey Row and other attractions, includes free parking, and provided a well furnished respite for us to sleep, relax, and hide out from the heat during our stay. The host was very quick and responsive to resolve a tiny issue upon check in (an appliance was beeping and we weren’t sure initially how to make it stop, but we quickly figured it out). My only criticisms for this place are the bed could be more comfortable and the sheets are a fabric that doesn’t breathe so sleeping under them gets hot quickly, but despite these minor issues I gladly give this place 5 stars!

Lovely loft studio apartment. Right in the heart of it all. Stayed for a concert at the Palace which was about a block away. Very walkable to a lot of things in Louisville. Because of the one-way streets, access to the alley where the garage was took a little planning. We used Chestnut to turn down before 4th and turned in the alley at the Guthrie Coke building sign. Sooo convenient to have garage parking. Useful for taking some day trips. Would stay again!

This is our second stay here and we absolutely love the place. The host was friendly, attentive and ready to handle any issue we might have. The location is excellent but having a private garage was a bonus. The room was very clean and nicely laid out. We will definitely look into booking this place on our next trip to Louisville.

Perfect location for anyone that wants to have easy access to downtown Louisville. Very eclectic room with a great kitchen. Also appreciated the complimentary keurig coffees. I highly recommend this place

The accommodations were excellent. Great location, right downtown and central to everything. Many points of interest were within walking distance. The private garage and elevator were great added bonuses. Would highly recommend and would return myself.

This home was perfect for me. With a convenient downtown location, free parking in a private garage, full kitchen, and elevator to the upper floor location, I will stay here any time I am in Louisville. Did I mention free downtown parking?!

This was our second year in town for a volleyball tournament at the KICC. This property had all we needed and more. Cute and clean. Everything was within walking distance. We parked our SUV in the included garage and left it there all weekend. Messaging with the property host was informative, accurate, and prompt. Our favorite places to visit nearby were Sicilian Pizza & Pasta; Falls City Market; JJ Bakes; Heine Brothers Coffee; Porch; Green District Salads; Doc Crow’s Southern Smokehouse; Louisville Slugger Museum; Frazier Kentucky History Museum;
